Fresh local milk from our family farm in the Eden Valley

Product Range

At Low Moor Farm, we sell our milk in a range of formats for retail, catering & hospitality.

We pasteurise and bottle our milk right here on the farm and supply it fresh across our local area — no unnecessary food miles, no complicated processes, just honest, fresh milk.

A young man and an older man are standing outdoors near a stone wall, smiling and talking. The young man has short hair and is wearing a black polo shirt and jeans. The older man has gray hair, wears a plaid shirt, a vest, and pants. There is greenery and a few buildings in the background.

Meet The Farmers

Hello!

Low Moor Farm has been in the Errington family for three generations.

Today, father and son Anthony & John Errington run the farm, caring for the cows, the land and the milk that goes into every bottle.

Everything happens here on the farm.

“If you’re interested in serving or selling Low Moor Milk, we’d be delighted to hear from you. We take great pride in the milk we produce here on the farm and enjoy working with businesses that value good, local food.”
— John Errington

Our Farm

Scenic countryside landscape with open fields, trees, rolling hills, and a partly cloudy sky.

Set in the heart of the Eden Valley, Low Moor Farm sits within some of Cumbria’s most beautiful countryside. Surrounded by rolling fields, open pasture and thriving wildlife, the landscape here shapes everything we do.

Farming at Low Moor

Two people in a barn with calves, some lying down and some standing, while the two individuals appear to be caring for or feeding the calves. One woman is standing and the other crouching, both wearing sweatshirts with the logo 'Low Moor Farm' on the back.

We farm in a natural, responsible way, focusing on healthy cows, careful land management and high standards of animal welfare — because we believe great milk starts with great farming.

Our Milk

Our milk is naturally rich in protein and full of natural goodness. It comes entirely from our own herd of carefully managed cows and is bottled straight after milking, so it reaches customers fresh, flavourful and exactly as good milk should be.

  • Two people walking in a green pasture with cows grazing, trees, and distant hills under a partly cloudy sky.

When cows are healthy and content, they naturally produce better milk. Simple as that.

  • A herd of cows walking across a green field with a stone wall and trees in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

Every calf born here is nurtured into a strong healthy animal that produces wholesome milk or quality beef.

  • A wide landscape view of green grassy fields in the foreground, a line of trees, rolling hills in the distance, and a partly cloudy sky.

Our farm is home to more than just cows. We have red squirrels, deer, barn owls, lapwings, hares, hedgehogs, voles, pheasants, butterflies, bees, dragonflies, buzzards and hawks, plus many more seasonal invertebrates and birds can be spotted throughout the farming year.
